Description

44 Terregles Avenue is a three-storey corner tenement built in 1895 by H E Clifford. The building features modern movement details and is constructed of polished ashlar. It has paired and single shallow canted bays that extend above deep-bracketed eaves, which are flanked by wall-head stacks. The distinctive glazing includes small-paned top sashes, and all stacks have projecting caps. The roofs are covered with slate.
