Description

The Duncan Institute, located at 33 and 35 Crossgate in Cupar, was designed by John Milne from St Andrews in 1870. This building features an unusual type of Gothic architecture and has a complex spire. It stands three stories tall and includes dormer heads. The exterior is constructed from bull-faced rubble and is topped with a slate roof.
