Description

Windsor House, located on Anstruther Road in Ceres, is an early 19th-century building consisting of three blocks, each two stories high and featuring three windows. The structure is made of rubble with droved dressings and margins, and it has a pantiled roof. The original shop, known as Donaldson's, is part of the building and includes a two-story addition on the western side with two windows.
