Braehead, located at 4 The Terrace in Elie, is an early 19th-century building that stands two stories high with an attic. It features a three-window front made of coursed rubble, with quoin ends and painted dressings. The building retains its original woodwork and is topped with a slated roof. There are two dormers, one of which is original.
