Description

Mayfield, located on High Street in Auchtermuchty, is a building from the mid-19th century that includes part of an older structure at its north gable. It is two stories tall, with the ground floor modified for use as shops. The first floor features windows arranged in a pattern of two, three, and two. The building is constructed from whin rubble and has sandstone dressings, topped with a piended (pitched) slated roof.
