Description

4 Playfair Terrace in St Andrews is a two-storey building with a basement and attic, designed by architect George Rae and begun in 1846. It features a late neo-Greek style with an ashlar facade, a channelled ground floor, and a twin gable center topped with palmette finials and a slated roof. The adjacent buildings, Nos. 6 and 8, have been altered, while No. 1 has a modern porch.
