14-16 Forth Street in St Monance is a late 18th-century building featuring three storeys and three windows. The structure is made of rubble with margins and has a crowstepped design. It includes a stone gutter cornice that runs around the entire building. At the back, there is a flyover forestair, and the ground floor is used as a shop. The roof is covered with pantiles.
