Description
Baltilly House, built around 1780, is a small mansionhouse with two storeys and a basement. The front features three windows and is constructed from droved ashlar with quoin ends. It has a Roman Doric pilastered doorpiece that includes an attractive fanlight and railed fly-over steps, along with a prominent main cornice. The gables are made of squared rubble, and there is a late addition at the back of the building. The property is also surrounded by rubble-built garden walls, which include a squat fluted column sundial with a square dial abacus that has been extensively repaired with cement.
