Description
37 and 38 Shore Street in Anstruther Easter were rebuilt in 1883 and consist of two blocks that share the same construction but have different designs and floor levels. The west block is two stories with an attic and features a Jacobean style. It has three windows on the first floor and two gabled dormer heads on the second floor. The east block also has three windows and includes chamfered margins and two canted dormers. Both blocks are made of coursed rubble with painted margins and stop-chamfered details, and they are roofed with slate.
