Corthie Cottage, located on Main Street in Kilrenny, is an 18th-century building that features a single-storey structure with two windows and a central door. The exterior is stuccoed and whitewashed, with modern tiles on the roof. The cottage has a single swept dormer and one skew stepped detail. The windows were enlarged in the 19th century.
