Description

3 Bell Street in St Andrews is a building designed by architect George Rae, constructed between 1847 and 1858. It is three stories tall and features three windows, with a façade made of droved ashlar stone. The roof is covered with piended slate, and the first-floor windows have architraves. The building has a curved corner that faces Market Street and includes a shop on the ground floor.
