Neilsten is an 18th-century single-storey, four-window and one-door building located on Main Street in Colinsburgh. The exterior has been modernised with a harl finish incorporating margins. The roof is pantiled with slate skirting. The building’s listing reflects its group value and applies to both the interior and exterior.
