23 High Street in Crail is a mid-19th century building that features two storeys and an attic, with two windows on the front. One of the ground floor windows has been altered to a bipartite style. The construction is made of pinned rubble with stugged dressings, and the roof is covered with pantiles, complemented by a slate skirting.
