Description

Windsor Gardens Gatepiers in Musselburgh are late 19th century structures consisting of four unlinked ashlar gatepiers. The outer gatepiers are positioned against the garden walls of Victoria and Albert Terraces. They are octagonal in shape and feature projecting moulded bases and entablatures adorned with triglyph motifs on their wider faces. Above the cornice, there are concave octagonal mouldings leading up to hemispherical caps.
