Description

12 Main Road in Laigh Fenwick is a row of one and two-storey dwellings that have mostly been restored, showcasing a group with character and interest. Number 12 features a plastered facade, is two storeys tall, and has two windows, with a central doorway framed by a moulded architrave and a raised keystone. Number 16, known as Annie Cottage, is a single-storey building with a splayed dormer and the date 1769 displayed above the door. Number 18, named Fernlea, is also a single-storey structure with a cemented facade that has incised lines designed to imitate stone courses, and its doorway is set within a stone architrave.
