Description

This is an early 19th century detached house located at 55 Castle Street in Kirkcudbright. The building is two stories high and has three bays. It is constructed of painted rubble with rendered margins. The central entrance features a pilastered door. There are two windows on the ground floor and three on the first floor, all with 12-pane glazing, along with one modern window positioned above the door. The roof is made of slate.
