8, 10, and 12 Rankeillor Street in Edinburgh is a classical tenement building constructed in 1812. It features four storeys and a basement, with a rusticated ground floor. The adjacent buildings at Nos 14 and 16 are three storeys tall and also have basements, each with fanlights above the entrances.
