This is a large mid-20th century garage with half-glazed timber boarded folding doors and a jerkin-headed roof, possibly incorporating earlier fabric. The building forms part of the setting to the principal house on the site, which was designed by Sir Robert Lorimer in 1901 with probable later additions around 1935.
