Description

46 Inverleith Row is a mid-Victorian double villa built around 1870. It has two storeys, a basement, and an attic. The villa features two canted bay windows and two central doorpieces supported by consoles. There are also two canted bay dormers and two small dormers. The exterior is finished with stugged coursers and has a slated roof.
