The structure is a corner block located at the intersection of Brandon Street and Eyre Place, featuring three stories and a basement. The details on Eyre Place are partly defaced. The building includes two-story attics and a basement at 5-7a Eyre Place and 2-9a Brandon Street, while 10-16 Brandon Street has a four-story design with a basement and a symmetrical curved frontage. The ground floor is rusticated throughout.
