Description
Chamberlain's House, located on Front Street West in Inveraray, was built in 1751 and is a Georgian-style building designed by John Adam. It has an L-shaped plan and consists of two storeys and an attic. The exterior is harled with gabled roofs and slate covering, featuring piended dormers. There is a string course running along the building. A later addition is a gabled porch that includes a segmental-headed window. At the rear, there is a gabled addition that runs parallel to the main street wing.
