Description

16 Glengate in Kirriemuir is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys and an attic, constructed from stugged ashlar and slate. The front has a concave shape and includes four windows, with a pilastered ground floor that has been partly altered. There are two canted dormers and a wallhead chimney, which is now partly demolished. The building was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006 due to its group interest, and the listing applies to both the interior and exterior as relevant to its type.
