Description

The Temple at Kinnaird is a wooden R-Doric circular structure, designed as a tempietta with a peristyle on an ashlar podium. It features a dentilled cornice and a truncated conical roof that supports a drum with a conical roof, which is domed on the inside. This building was likely designed by J. Playfair around 1790.
