Description

Balnaboth House is a two-storey mansion built with harl and slate, featuring projecting wings. The westernmost wing was enlarged and rebuilt around 1822, with additional back extensions added around 1830. There is a detached vaulted cellar that may date back to the 17th century. The house is set in a picturesque location. Although plans for a new house designed by architects R. & R. Dickson from Edinburgh were created in 1820, these plans were not executed.
