Description

Flats 1 and 2 are located in the stable block of Dunecht House, which is a quadrangular structure. The west frontage, attributed to John Smith around 1820, features a two-storey design with eight windows. The center of the facade has two raised sections with pediments, and there is a pend arch that has been infilled. A new south pend arch with a clock above has been added, along with other alterations and additions. The building is constructed of squared granite and includes dormer heads from later work.
