Description
154 Union Street and 13-25 Diamond Lane in Aberdeen is a late 19th century, four-storey and attic building featuring three bays and a shop front at the ground floor. It is built from granite and showcases Dutch Renaissance-style gables, finialled columns, and apex aedicules at the attic level.
On the first and second floors, the outer bays are adorned with two-storey, bowed windows. The central window on the second floor has a corbelled panel above it. The third floor consists of two pairs of arched and keystoned windows, separated by pilasters, with a blind central bay. Engaged Roman Doric columns flank the outer bays.
