Description

This is a two-storey block originally comprising two houses. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but not listed, and a partial record was taken during the Second Survey due to its limited significance. The left-hand house is rendered and has thin corbels under the eaves. The right-hand house has three bays, with windows featuring shaped and shouldered architraves, a cill course, and corbels below. The front door is flanked by pilasters and has a cornice canopy with a curved pediment. The building is currently in use as a house. It has not been formally listed and possesses neither notable architectural nor historical interest.
