This is a later Victorian terrace of four houses located on Oldtown Street, Cookstown, County Tyrone. The building was initially surveyed but not considered significant enough for a more detailed assessment. The original interior has been lost, and both the windows and doors have been replaced. It currently functions as a terrace of houses.
