Description

This is a former Victorian terraced house, originally three storeys high, located at 1-3 James Street, Cookstown. The building originally included storage space on the upper floors and shops on the ground floor. The interior layout has been significantly altered, and the original shopfront and windows have been lost. A partial survey was undertaken, but the building was not considered significant enough to warrant a more detailed assessment. It was formerly used as a shop and currently continues in that function.
