This record concerns the site of an early Coastguard Station in Carrickfergus, County Antrim. The building was noted in the First Survey but was not formally listed. Due to a lack of information, the precise location of the station could not be determined during the initial survey and remains undefined in the Second Survey. The First Survey record includes a photograph of Kelly’s Coal Office in Carrickfergus (HB22/08/029). There is no definitive record of the Coastguard Station’s location, and no visible remains of the building currently exist. No architectural or historical interest has been identified, and the site is not listed.
