Description

This is a detached, three-bay Victorian house built around 1850. Although it retains some original stone and timber detailing on the exterior, the windows have been replaced and the interior has been subdivided, resulting in few original details remaining. The house was surveyed during initial heritage assessments, but it was deemed not to meet the criteria for full listing, and this assessment remains the case. It was identified as worthy of only a partial survey during the second survey.
