Hillsborough Fort is located within a large park in Hillsborough, County Down. Originally a fort, it is now used as a gallery and museum. The site is a monument in State Care (reference DOW014:012) and was surveyed during both the First and Second Surveys, with only a partial survey taken in the Second due to its status. It is not listed and possesses no noted architectural or historical interest.
