This is a plain, asymmetrical two-storey farmhouse located in Hillhall, near Lisburn, County Down. It was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed, and a partial survey only was taken during the Second Survey due to a lack of significant architectural or historical interest. The farmhouse has replacement, enlarged windows. It currently functions as a house and was formerly used as a house. It is not listed and therefore no specific architectural features are documented.
