Description
The Pines was a large, two-storey Victorian dwelling incorporating Italianate detailing. It stood on Beechill Road, Belfast, County Antrim. The house has been demolished and the site is now occupied by the Royal Lodge residential development. It was originally used as a house and remained in private ownership. The building was initially surveyed during the First Survey, but was not listed. A partial survey was undertaken during the Second Survey to record the demolition. It holds neither particular architectural nor historical interest.
