The Old Gas Works, located on Millvale Road, Culcavy, Hillsborough, was surveyed during the First Survey but was never formally listed. A partial survey was undertaken during the Second Survey, but this was only possible as the building has since been demolished. The building holds neither architectural nor historical interest, and is not included on the list of buildings of statutory importance.
