Victoria Place in Sion Mills is a building that was surveyed during the First Survey but was not included on the heritage list. A partial survey was also conducted during the Second Survey, but it was determined that the building did not possess sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant a full survey. The terrace has undergone significant remodelling, with alterations to the original window and door openings, which now feature replacement elements. Consequently, the overall original character of the terrace has been largely lost.
