Detached four-bay two-storey rendered house, built c.1800. Rectangular on plan, facing east, located on the west side of Concess Road access via a lane to the northeast. Front entrance porch, rear entrance porch, rear outshot or lean-to and range of single and two-storey rubble outbuildings to the south and west. Pitched natural slate roof, terracotta ridge tiles, cement barges to gables and four rendered brick chimneystacks with clay pots. Steel rainwater goods on drive-through brackets. Cement rendered walling with rusticated rendered soldier quoins to front elevation, cement render to gabled elevations, rough-cast lime render to rear elevation. Square-headed window openings, concrete sills and timber sash windows. Four-bay two-storey front elevation with central single-storey flat-roof entrance porch having cornice and arched openings to all three sides. 2/2 timber sash windows with smooth render surrounds. South side gable is blank. Multi-bay two-storey rear elevation has diminutive square-headed window openings below eaves level with four-pane timber casement windows and slate sills. To the right is a lean-to rear entrance porch with corrugated iron roof and a timber plank door to the left cheek. To the left is a shallow lean-to projection with corrugated iron roof. To the centre is a 3/6 timber sash window with exposed sash box and stone sill and a square-headed door opening with timber plank door. North side gable has a pair of square-headed window openings at first floor level with 2/2 and 3/6 timber sash windows.
