Description

Stevensons is a four-storey, three-bay red brick building located at 10 Waterloo Place, Londonderry. It features a ballustraded parapet and a shop front on the ground floor. A projecting bay is located to the right-hand side of the first floor, positioned below an arched opening to the second floor. Some original timber sliding sash windows remain. The building was initially surveyed in the First Survey but was not listed. Subsequent alterations mean it no longer meets the criteria for listing, although it remains of local interest. A partial survey was completed during the Second Survey. It is not currently a listed building.
