A pair of relatively plain, two-storey, semi-detached houses were likely built in the late 19th century. They were surveyed in the First Survey but not listed, and a partial survey was taken during the Second Survey due to their limited architectural interest. The houses now have replacement window frames and artificial slate roofs. They are located within the Bushmills conservation area.
