The building is a row of two-storey shops with residential accommodation above, situated along Main Street, Portrush, County Antrim. It has an attic level. Each property is one bay wide and has a rendered exterior. The original design included half dormers, canted bay windows to the first floor, and slightly projecting shop fronts. However, the windows, bays, and shop fronts have been significantly altered, which has diminished the building’s architectural value and its contribution to the surrounding streetscape. The building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed; a partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not considered worthy of a full survey.
