This is a three-storey terraced building on Main Street, Garvagh, Coleraine, County Londonderry. It currently operates as a public house and was formerly part of a terrace of houses. The building was initially surveyed but not listed, and a partial record was taken during a later survey due to its limited significance. The front of the building retains 19th-century moulded architraves and a render finish, but the remaining fabric has been replaced.
