This is a modified, three-storey terraced house located on Kerr Street, Portrush. The building was originally surveyed but not included on the heritage register, and a partial record was taken in a subsequent survey due to a lack of significant architectural or historical features. The building is of plain design, though it features a 19th-century classical doorcase. It was formerly used as a terraced house and currently retains that use.
