This is a late 19th century, two-storey house situated on Causeway Street, Portstewart. The building is a symmetrical three-bay design with two dormers and a projecting ground floor. It has a slate roof and rendered walls, notable for the moulded architraves surrounding the first-floor windows. The building was initially surveyed but not listed, and a partial record was taken in a subsequent survey due to its limited significance. It currently functions as a house and has no specific architectural or historical interest warranting formal protection.
