This record concerns a former thatched dwelling located at 50 Boveedy Road, Coleraine, County Londonderry. The building was originally surveyed in the First Survey but was not listed at that time. Subsequently, it was demolished, and this partial record was created during the Second Survey. The original structure was a single-storey, direct-entry dwelling with limewashed walling and an attached byre. It has since been replaced by a modern dwelling. The site is unlisted and holds no specific architectural or historical interest.
