This is a two-storey nineteenth century industrial unit situated within the Weavers Court complex on Linfield Road, Belfast. The building retains its original simple proportions and character, although it has been refenestrated and converted for office use. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but was not listed. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey, acknowledging that it does not warrant a full survey. The building was formerly used as a factory and is currently occupied as offices.
