Description
This building, formerly known as Trench House and associated with St. Mary’s Teacher Training College, was a two-storey range of buildings constructed in 2002. The structure had brick walls and concrete tile roofs. It served as the first Catholic Maintained school in Northern Ireland to be built under a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) scheme. Originally intended as a house, the building was later demolished to facilitate the construction of St Genevieve's High School for Girls. A partial record of the building was made during the Second Survey. It was delisted on 8th August 2005.
