This is a stone ice house built as part of the Belvoir Park demesne. It was surveyed during the First Survey but was not included in the listing process. A partial survey was undertaken during the Second Survey, but it was determined that the building does not possess sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey. The building's former and current use is as an ice house. It is not a listed building and does not possess architectural or historical interest.
