Description

This is a four-storey, brown brick building with a flat roof, constructed in a modernist style. It features ribbon glazing arranged in horizontal and vertical bands, although the windows have now been replaced with powder-coated aluminium. The building is considered a curtilage structure to McArthur Hall and Methodist College, both separately listed. It is located within the Malone Lower townland and lies within a conservation area. Originally used as a university/college building, it currently serves the same purpose.
