10-30 Ormeau Street was a red brick terrace that has since been demolished. The site is now occupied by the Havelock House car park and terraced housing on Walnut Street. The building was initially surveyed during the First Survey, but was not listed at that time. This partial record was created during a subsequent survey. It was formerly and currently used as a house.
