Description

3 Adelaide Park is a two-storey, double-fronted, detached red brick house located in the Malone ward of Belfast. The house has a natural slate roof and two-storey bow windows. A glass porch with stained glass side-lights provides access to the front entrance. The original front windows are timber sash and case (s/s) with 1/1 glazing patterns; rear and extension windows are replacement sash and case windows and casements. Large, fairly standard extensions have been added to the rear of the property. The building is located within a conservation area.
